Membership Eligibility
Are you a part of the U.S. government agency community overseas? If you meet the following criteria, you're eligible for FSYF membership:
- You or your family member(s) are affiliated with a U.S. government agency.
- You or your family member(s) are, or have been, eligible for overseas assignment.
- While overseas, you or your family member(s) fall under Chief of Mission authority.
- You are an American citizen.
Most of our members work for internationally mobile U.S. government entities such as the Department of State, USAID, Foreign Commercial Service, Foreign Agriculture Service, Department of the Treasury, Peace Corps, Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, Secret Service, or other U.S. Government agencies sending personnel abroad who report to the Chief of Mission at post. Membership Dues
We believe in making membership accessible to all families. Our dues cover the entire family:
- 1 Year Family Membership: $40
- 3 Year Family Membership: $100
