The Foreign Service Youth Foundation is honored to invite you to celebrate our talented FS youth at the 2025 Youth Awards Ceremony. This special event will be held on Wednesday, June 25, 2025 at the George C. Marshall Center, Department of State. We will be recognizing winners of the following awards:

The State Department’s Office of Diplomatic Security requires that all non-DOS badge holders over the age of 15 attending the Youth Awards Ceremony provide their name, date of birth, and a form of photo identification in advance of and at the event. FSYF will collect this information through registration for the event on its website – see details below. One parent should complete the registration form and then use the “Add Guest” button to enter information for each accompanying child or person. Please register by Friday, June 20, 2025.
Date, Time and Location of Event
Wednesday, June 25, 2025 from 10:00 am - 12:00 pm, the Department of State's George C. Marshall Center. The Marshall Center is located at 330 21st Street, Washington DC 20520. Please use the East Entrance on 21st Street.
Doors open at 9:30 am and the ceremony will begin promptly at 10:00 am. Light refreshments will be served. Please note that stringent security measures can delay entry into the State Department. We strongly recommend building in extra time to allow for entry into the building.
Event Registration
Please register to attend the 2025 Youth Awards Ceremony by Friday, June 20, 2025. When you register, you will be asked to provide information, including your name and date of birth. You will be required to indicate the type of photo identification (and its number) that you will use to identify yourself upon arrival at the event. If you have a State Department employee ID badge, please indicate that in your registration. Please use the “Add Guest” button to enter the same information on each person accompanying you.
Security Protocol
FSYF will securely collect and then provide the personal information requested in the registration form to the State Department’s Office of Diplomatic Security in advance of the awards ceremony..
You will be asked to identify yourself when you arrive at the Department and must be prepared to show the same form of ID used to register for the event. Accompanying family members over the age of 15 must be prepared to do the same.
