Social Grace recognizes the unique challenges Foreign Service families face—frequent relocations, career transitions, and the emotional resilience required to thrive in an ever-changing world. In partnership with the Foreign Service Youth Foundation, we are pleased to offer a 45-minute virtual parent support group designed to provide practical tools and strategies to navigate these challenges. During the session, a licensed family and marriage therapist will lead a 30-minute presentation, followed by a 15-minute Q&A. Together, we’ll explore effective ways to manage stress, foster family well-being, and stay connected through life’s transitions.
