Tour of the National Portrait Gallery

Join us on Saturday, December 1 at the National Portrait Gallery for a docent led tour focusing on America's Presidents. The tour will start at 1pm and will run between 45-60 minutes. Please plan to arrive by 12:45. 

After the tour, there will be time to explore the rest of the museum or to head over the  Smithsonian American Art Museum, which shares the same building. 

We have 20 spaces so make sure to reserve your spot. We must have all registrations by Thursday, November 29, 2018. 

All ages as welcome, but children must be accompanied by an adult. 

Getting There

The National Portrait Gallery is located between 8th and F Streets, in the Penn Quarter neighborhood of DC. There is limited street parking, but many parking garages in the area. 

By Metro

Take the Yellow, Green, or Red lines to the Gallery Place/Chinatown Metro station. The Portrait Gallery is one block from both the 7th and 9th Street Metro exits.
