Friday, July 7, 2017 10 am - 12 pm.  It is recommended that you arrive early.  Doors open at 9:30 am, the ceremony will begin promptly at 10:00 am.

Location of Event: 

The Department of State's George C. Marshall Center is located at 2201 C Street NW, Washington DC 20520.   Please Use East Entrance on 21st Street.  Map with directions. 

Pre-registration is required to enter this U.S Department of State facility. During pre-registration you will be asked to enter valid photo identification information. Please bring government issued photo identification to gain access.
