FLO - Stress Resilience for Kids Webinar

The Family Liaison Office (FLO) and MHN (a Health Net company specializing in behavioral health) will conduct an interactive webinar entitled, "Stress Resilience for Kids." This program is open to all US government employees, their family members, and members of household.

The webinar will discuss the challenges our children face in today's busy world. The one-hour, interactive workshop will provide ways for parents to identify children's stress, describe how adult and child bodies react to stress, and provide techniques to reduce stress. A workbook to accompany the "Stress Resilience for Kids" webinar is available upon request by writing to FLOAskUT@state.gov.
