Join the Foreign Service Youth Foundation as we celebrate our talented FS youth. At this year's ceremony, we will be honoring the 2016 Academic Merit Award recipients, the Community Service Award recipients, the Art Contest winners, the Essay Contest winners, the Welcome Home Video Challenge winners, the winners of the KidVid Contest, the AAFSW Merit Scholarship recipients, and Foreign Service Youth Advocacy Award recipient.   

Date and Time of Event: 

Friday, July 8, 2016 10 am - 12 pm.  It is recommended that you arrive early.  Doors open at 9:30 am, the ceremony will begin promptly at 10:00 am.

Location of Event: 

The Department of State's George C. Marshall Center is located at 2201 C Street NW, Washington DC 20520.   Please Use East Entrance on 21st Street.  Map with directions. 


Pre-registration is required to enter this U.S Department of State facility. During pre-registration you will be asked to enter valid photo identification information. Please bring the same photo identification used to pre-register with you to gain access to the ceremony.
