Description
One of the most important things we can do for our children as we navigate life in the Foreign Service is to learn the skills that we need in order to be our best selves as parents. Parents think a lot about how to Foreign Service lifestyle will affect their children. But, no matter when you move, how many times, or what life throws your way, a loving, communicative, and compassionate home with good boundaries and a sense of shared purpose goes a long way to help kids (and the entire family) overcome the inevitable hurdles. That means, as parents, we have our own work to do!
